Develop to grow is a consultancy born out of a passion for the development of people and is based on a firm belief that human growth is the way to personal and collective success.

Helen Guda, has long career in the educational field on Aruba. During a period of 25 years she has worked with various instances as their Educational Supervisor. During those years she repeatedly functioned as an instructor for teachers in various fields of eductation, giving coaching, workshops and training sessions. Helen Guda earned an academic degree in Developmental Psychology in 1979.

Over the years she has combined her academic knowledge and professional expirience with her passion to be instrumental in the development of both children and adults alike.

In 2007 she gave her career a new direction by certifying as a Conscious Discipline® Instructor. She brings to Aruba Learning her passion, experience and an arsenal of effective tools to fulfill her personal commitment to the development of those she works with.
